How to create Master-Detail using Dreamweaver CC 2018?

I Googled the subject only to find that there are old tutorials in a time when Dreamweaver had the deprecated Server Behaviours panels.

Now that they are gone, you can either hand code as per PHP CRUD Tutorial (part 1) or you can purchase extensions from WebAssist or from DMXZone
