MFA and auto sftp

I would like to know if after the server enables MFA we can still auto sftp with Dreamweaver.

You should ask your hosting provider what's required to log-in.

DW supports SFTP with encrypted OpenSSH private key files and passphrase. See below.

Of course they say that. They will say that about any S/FTP client.

The question isn't which software to use but which method to use.

If DW supports the method, keep using DW. Otherwise, switch to a dedicated S/FTP client like FileZilla to transfer files.
