Microsoft Expressions

Expressions is definitely looking hot so far. Running the beta and it has
much better speed and visual display than Dreamweaver.

Thank goodness there's competition for Dreamweaver! Maybe they'll get out of
their lackadaisical updates of the past and really bring something out with
some bang and performance improvements.

Adobe CEO Bruce Chizen is on record as saying that the next major
releases are planned for Q2 2007. However, that was several months ago;
and circumstances may change. Still, it fits in with the normal 18-24
month release cycle. Studio 8 came out at the end of Q3 2005.

To the best of my knowledge, no announcements have been made about
planned improvements.
