.min.css in DW 2017 - severe delays when making updates

Hi,

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Updating colors alone by typing in new hex values is severely delayed. Then, it brings up this pop-up color picker and you sit there and watch as it slowly processes what you just typed until it fills in the color you commanded. - What is that all about? - about 10 seconds for each variable of the six to "take".

How are you handling this issue?

Does the CSS file contain many @import rules?

Does it validate through W3C?

I don't typically minify CSS until project completion.

Are you using SASS or LESS in your workflow?

Without much more to go on, I'm guessing you may have code errors or missing brackets around media queries that are confusing DW.

This is a file handed to me that I am quickly trying to make simple updates to. - Not sure if any pre-processors were used.

Any update I make to this file, even typing in name of specific font has the massive pauses too.

Haven't heard of this issue previously from what I remember. Can you try the solutions in DIY troubleshooting kit for Dreamweaver and let us know ?
