Hi, I have problems with Dreamweaver CC and Photoshop CC. After 30-40 minutes working, my mouse wonders all over in and out of Dreamweaver and Phoshop working spaces. If I go to a Word document or Outlook, the cursor takes time to show and thre's up to half a minute lag. I have read previous reports on the site and tried everything including reinstalling my mouse. The only thing taht seems to work for now is to restart the computer. This situation sudently began about two months ago. I have worked with these programs since the CS5 Web Premium I used to have before moving to the Creative Cloud versions. This is no progress at all. I loved the older versions with hard install...

A wondering mouse can sometimes be a power issue and changing the batteries can quickly let you konw if that's the issue.

Hi, All 3 have been wired even if one had the option of wireless. Thanks. I will once more remove all ADOBE CC programs and reinstall.

What mouse are you using? What OS are you having issues with?  Have you tried reach out to your mouse manufacturer to see if there is a firmware update for your hardware, or tried another receiver?  Have you tried another mouse?  This sounds like a potential firmware issue or a receiver issue that could be going bad.

Hi, thanks to all for your prompt replies. I just took the time to check everyone of your messages event those I had previously looked for. I have a PC HP ProDesk Intel Core i5 6500 CPU @3.20 GHz HDD 465Gb (323 Gb free) on Win10 Pro version 1809, expl. system 17763.1577. My mouse is a J Tech Digital wired vertical mouse model V628R for which I have done reinstall three times deleting previous one each time. I tried a Logitech wireless and wired eronomic mouse as well as a regular HP optical mouse and a Dell optical as well with the same results.

Please note that if I restraint from opening any file on Dreamweaver or Photoshop, none of this happens, it only occurs with these 2 programs. Besides, for the past 11 years, all my files are stored in Seagate external disks, nothing on C except working programs.

Are you using an nVidia graphics card by chance?

Scrubbing the forums, I found an issue a Photoshop user had with an nVidia graphics card that sounded fairly similar. Turning off the G-sync for windowed applications in the nVidia Control Panel and leaving it on for full screen apps fixed it for them.

Sure sounds like a memory problem to me. How much available primary hard disk space and RAM do you have?

Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps you use. Check each one.

Pay particular attention to Photoshop's new GPU requirements. See links below.

CC versions of both programs are installed on your system just like CS was. Only the delivery of the installation files changed from disk to download, they're not actually "on the cloud".

It's very likely something that was updated or added to your system 2 months ago, other than CC apps, is the culprit. Some background processes like automatic/real-time virus scaning or real-time backup services have been known to cause lag issues in DW, but nothing quite as destructive as what you descibe.

I can't recall ever hearing of this specific issue in the forums before, which leads me to think there's something about your system that's going to be "different".

This might be one for the Adobe Customer Care team if you've already tried restoring prefs and uninstall/reinstalling.

Be very careful that you only work with real Adobe reps. They will have an Adobe Staff badge next to their avatar in the forum and an @17309390 email address. If you get a Private Message from someone who doesn't meet both of those criteria, they're scammers trying to get your personal information.
