Moving Dreamweaver CS3 to new computer [CS3 is DEAD]

I'm afraid CS3 from 2007 is officially dead.  The aged out activation servers failed and were taken offline many years ago.  Even with a valid serial number, there is no possible way to activate CS3 now, sorry.

Perhaps more importantly, CS3 is very outdated.  The web has changed a lot in 14 years.  You really do need modern software.  If not Dreamweaver CC 2021, then some other editor that understands current code standards -- HTML5, CSS3, etc...
