Multi Code Highlighting is gone...

Switched to 2017 and switched back 2 hours later. I can't have classic ASP snippets in with HTML without it ruining the entire pages color highlighting as well as auto-complete. Only one of the many bugs of 2017. Back to the old version until Adobe gets their act together.

August of 2017 and I ran into same thing. Had to go back to DW 2015 like you all to get back code highlighting that makes sense.

Dreamweaver CC 2017 old code highlighting

That post seems to indicate that the way highlighting in dreamweaver was totally changed. 8  (

If you are serious about wanting CC2017 to work for you, go to Adobe Dreamweaver CC: Feature Ideas
