MultiColumn Template not found

I get this notification when I try to open a Dreamweaver webpage I am working on with a partner- how can I get the template? The "get" link does not work.  I have the CSS template downloaded and saved in the same folder as the webpage..

    Are you each working in a defined local site folder?

    Are you each using file check-in/out feature on your remote server?
