MX Kollection woes

I cannot make the log out user server behavior work on MX Kollection regardless of what I do. I have followed instructions to the letter many, many times. Have read every post re: logout errors, deleted and recreated the entire page, uninstalled and reinstalled both the server behavior and the add in but I continually get the same error
quote:

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: tng_logout in... yadda yadda

MX K looks like it might be headed for the reycle bin shortly.

Thanks.
No offense taken, yes I started from scratch on install.
The problem was (if you can beleive it) a spelling error. The issue was resolved and I am moving forward.
Thx

Since Interakt developed MX Kollection, how could there be a better source?
They have forums for supporting their products .. they have one just for MX
Kollection .. have you posted there?

As for "going back and forth between DW server behaviors and MX Kollection"
.. it's really one or the other. MX Kollection replaces even the interface
.. if you're using it .. you pretty much have to use just it.

I would not want to completely disagree with you however, I have not found the response at Interakt to be consistent or prompt. I realize they tend to be a 9 - 5 operation and I have no problem with that. It has however taken days (holidays notwithstanding) to receive a reply.
As for the features, you are right, it is very well done and I suspect that if the user log off problem I have been plagued with over and over again could be solved I would feel a little more positive.
C'est la vie...

If you could suggest an location of an explanation for dummies that would be a good start
I have been waffling back and forth between using MX Kollection and the resident DW server behaviours so if you knew of a source for MX K (that is more responsive than Interakt) that would be a help as well.
Thanks

At least it was accurate. If you had said Swahili we would be scratching our
heads.

You want a line by line description of how the DW code works, or what?

You're far too kind (and modest)
While I have your attention, please direct me to a place where I can learn how to figure out the "Update Record" server behaviour. I'm not having any fun with this and F1 leaves me a little confused as I cannot find error message explanations..

It's not as if none of us (except me, of course) have ever done that....

I'm in English, relatively new to everything including php / mysql
If you embed a logout behavior in a template will it apply to the pages created by from the template?
