My Dreamweaver website renders differently in each browser.

Question

My Dreamweaver created website is different on each browser. Renders perfectly on Firefox, Edge and Safari. Looks great on Ipads and Iphones. Chrome is a problem on desktop and chromebook. This behavior is consistent in both preview and actual viewing on the website.

My base design is a two column multiple row array with a photograph on the left and text on the right. When viewed at full screen, the text overlays on the top of the photograph. Shrink the browser window and the website goes to two columns.

I think this appeared early in September. I have not made any changes in my .css files.

I am checking here because it's either something I did in DW or something changed in Chrome. I am asking in both places.

It's time to update your code to HTML5 -- the web standard since 2014.
Fix your errors. Code errors are the single biggest cause of rendering defects.

While you're at it, optimize your photos for the web. Currently, your images take forever to load and make mobile users consume wayyyyyyy too much bandwidth. Justified text should never be used on websites. Yes, I do mean never.
Extra scrollbars do nothing positive for your site. Get rid of them.
