My html page produces this: What is it?

My html page, which I've been trying to set up using Bootstrap, seems to be okay. I've cleared the Output file, and all looks fine. But when I try to look at it in a browser, I see the attached notice. What does it mean???

 

Any help would be appreciated!

    Save your document with Ctrl / Cmd + S.

    To view your work locally, simply right click the open document tab and select Open in Browser.  See screenshot.
