My Menu options Goes Away in Standard or Developer

When i start with a brand new open my Icons are there to upload files and down load files. As I edit files the icons keep inching up the page and after a 5th edit the icon to post to the website is no longer there...

See the sequence of images... I have reset preferences. I have installed a fresh instance after deleting the current version.

    What happens when you go to Window > Workspace Layout > Reset 'YourWorkspaceName'

    Hi @kenroyr71372718 ,

     

    Thanks for writing to us and providing screenshots/recordings illustrating the issue. Can you please help us with the below info so that we can try recreating the issue internally.

     

    1. OS version details

    2. Machine details

    3. Display monitor configuration details, is the monitor HiDPI aware.

    4. Please confirm if this issue is seen after updating to latest Dw 21.1 version and not seen with previous Dw versions like 21.0, 20.2 or 20.2.1.

     

    Also, if possible, can you please see if changing the resolution to the default resolution on the machine resolves the issue else we will further investigate the same.

    Before you reinstall, try restoring preferences.

    Restart your computer.

     

    If that fails, run the Adobe Cleaner tool to wipe old files off your system followed by reinstalling from Creative Cloud desktop app.

    Thanks, I tried the clean install as suggested with the adobe cleanup… Same issue

    Something appears to be wrong with your installation. I would recommend trying to re-install DW.
