My Wordpress site is loading slow PLEASE HELP

Agreed with the other post. Has their been custom development on this (ie: custom plugins you made in DW)?  Once you try disabling things, server resources are always something to consider, but there is also caching to consider and there are a lot of plugins to help with caching and loading of assets.  There is also security to consider in case your site has become vulnerable which malicious code could be slowing your site down.  Are you running preventative measures to prevent these types of attacks?

That said, page speed begins at the server level.  Do you have dedicated WP hosting which costs more but is optimized for more efficient WP performance?

You could try disabling all 3rd party plugins and see if that improves things.  Then turn on one plugin at a time and measure how it impacts your site.
