Need help for URL Shortener site design

Hi, i am trying to build my [possible spam web address removed] URL shortening site with dreamweaver which is mobile responsive. Could you please tell me how to make appear the footer in mobile version? I have tried all the function but no use!

Before your URL was removed, I was able to take a look at your page, it was already mobile friendly using Bootstrap.

If this isn't a spam backlink post, attempting to drive traffic to that site, please explain in a little more detail, what it is you are trying to do and what you're seeing that is different from your expectations.
