New install of Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2017 won't start on MacPro running Sierra

I have just "upgraded" to Adobe Dreamweaver 2017. I installed on my MacBookPro and it runs fines. I then installed it on my MacPro and it won't launch. I paid for a 1 year license. What do I do? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling on the Mac Pro - no joy.
