Newbie Question: Can I redefine my root folder?

I purchased a website template from AllWebCo.com for my music studio. I downloaded it and put it in a folder labeled Web Design with in MyDocuments/Studio/WebDesign. Within WebDesign I made multiple copies of my template and put them in different folders.  When I started my first site in Dreamweaver, without realizing it, I established the site as the WebDesign folder thereby incorporating all of the copies (4) of the template I'd made. I am only using one folder within WebDesign, but the paths for things like SpryAssets is above the level of the subfolder I'd like to be using. Can I fix this  so i have just the intended folder in my site without starting over? I ask because I didn't want to be uploading all of these different versions of my site to my web host.
