Question
No tables in database
Hi,
I want to connect to a Ms Access database.
I use dreamweaver 8.
It seems I have succesfully set de testing server, although I have my doubts.
My Site's URL in dreamweaver (Local Info) is my URL used to visit the site with a browser ( http://www.portugalimo.com, but if you decide to take a look, it's the old site)
My testing server prefix is http://localhost/
Anytime I add more information, like http://localhost/wwwroot, the setup at Bindings fails.
So from the four points I have three:
- Site (directory)
- Document type (ASP javascript)
- Testing Server (/see above)
but if I want to connect to a query I get lost.
I have a database selcted as DNS, but when I select it I get an error msg: Unable to retrieve tables from this connection, click Define to....
I have tried about everything, but without succes.
My database contains several tables and queries, but why can't I get them?
Hope somebody can help me out with this.
