Not responding

The program crashed and I restarted my computer but every time I re open the program it says it is not responding. Then when i eventually get it to work and try to add something this pops up? I am not sure how to go about fixing it.

    If on Windows, what does your Windows Event Viewer say is causing the crash?

    Lavasoft Web Companion add-on is a known conflict with many Adobe products.  Uninstalling Lavasoft and related DLL files fixes the problem.
