quisiera que ocupara lo blanco de alrededor como le hago queda un poco de blanco arriba y en lo ancho

There are three possibilities.
The first is that you have set a padding and/or margin on the page Container.
The second is that the background image is too small, and is not expanding to fill the area.
The third is that you have errors in your code, and the browser is going into quirks mode, (the approx 4 pixels at the top is an indicator of this).
