Let's see... Dreamweaver CC2013 running under macOS 10.6 Snow Leopard.

You can get the installer from here: https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-direct-download-links.html

That site also has the CC2013 updates.

You'll need your serial number; however, Adobe Application Manager (AAM) should allow it to run for 30 days in trial mode.  You'll just have to click through the dialog boxes each time you launch it within the trial period.  If you're going the trail route and you're having trouble getting it to work, also install Photoshop CC2013 and try activating the trail through that.  I forget why, but PS used to be the main application as far as AAM was concerned.

Before doing the reinstall, it might be worth running Disk Utility's First Aid option (Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility).  Let it repair anything it finds and then try Dreamweaver again.  If you happen to have access to TechTool Pro, run the Volume test and File Structures test.  It might also be helpful to run DiskWarrior if you have that as well.

Until last weekend, I had CS6, CC, CC2013. CC2014, CC2015, and CC2018 installed (for everything).  I just uninstalled it in preparation for updating to macOS 11 Big Sur, otherwise, I'd take a screenshot of what the Resource Folder should look like and even try to post the configuration file.

    Hi@Warren Heaton10841144

I think you misunderstood the question. The OP doesn't have the disk which implies this is related to Creative Suite 6 or earlier, not Creative Cloud.

    1. With a browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers, please log-in to your account portal below. https://account.adobe.com/products

    2. If you registered your product online, your serial number and version should be listed in your account.

NOTE 1:  Creative Suite is discontinued and no longer supported.  Use at your own risk.  Adobe Customer Care cannot help you with anything except an activation count reset.

NOTE 2:  Also, legacy Creative Suite installers won't work on Sierra, High Sierra or Mojave without terminal workarounds.

NOTE 3: Creative Suite will never work on Catalina, Big Sur or higher.  So don't upgrade your computer until you're ready to get modern 64-bit software.

What version do you actually have?

CS6 was released in 2012 and was the last non-subscription version of the program. It's no longer sold in any country or supported by Adobe. If you have a valid activation code, you can still download the old CS6 from ProDesignTools.com. Be sure to follow the "Very Important Instructions" note about visiting Adobe's site to set a cookie in your browser, or the links will appear dead). I just checked, and the files are still available there for both Mac and Windows.

If you don't have valid activation info, you're pretty much out of luck though.

If that's the case, you could grab a free editor, like Brackets: http://brackets.io
