Old website to convert to Mobil friendly

Hello,

 

  Again, Web site is already made and looks really bad on Mobil divices.

Can I do something with this old website or start new?

No.  Start over with Bootstrap as instructed in your other post.  Bootstrap works without any help from you in mobile, tablet and desktop devices. Just follow the Steps I gave you. You should be fine.

    100% On this.

    With no intent in disrespect a lot of the sites on these forums are quite old and often have tables, built originally in older Dreamweaver (We even had a front page site update last week) so if you can code using boostrap will get you a great start to rebuild the site.

      I be able to created Template with Bootstrap but really confused about CSS panel.

      Maybe I try again but where can I find some help to understand Bootstrap CSS
