Online Memorial

Hello,

Im currently in the process of building a memorial site for love ones who have passed. Does anyone know of a developer's tool or software I could use to have the user create a memorial online. I want the user to be able to upload pics and text, possibly video, etc...I have the ability to design and intermediate level programming, not too much experience with back end data base driven sites. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I use Web Assists, Data Assist for building most of my database sites. There are probably better avenues to take and this software is not free. I like it though as it builds pretty powerful sites with minimal effort.

How clean the code is? I couldn't tell you, I'm more of a designer then developer. But I can say it does what I want in the end.
