Open & Preview in browser not working 21.2

Just upgraded to Monteray and 21.2. Open/Preview in browser no longer works, no matter what setting I have clicked it does nothing. No errors just nothing. Have deleted all browsers from the list and added them again, no diference.

Same from the file menu or from the right click on a tab. I can create a temporary file if that is clicked but that's hardly practical every time I want to preview something.

    If it's of any use to anybody else, I've had to rebuild the cache files for all my sites to get the preview to work. Despite everything being imported from the previous version and looking fine in the files menu (and displaying ok) it just wouldn't preview.

    Which browser?

    Did you launch your browser first?

    Can you right-click on open document tab and select Open in Browser?

    It's all browsers (Safari, FF and Chrome) and menu or right click didn't work. Same if they are running or not.
    Rebuilding the Cache files works via the manage sites>edit route.
