OT: CHMOD on Windows?

I think you'll need server root access for that (or ask the host to do that
for you).
Most control panels allow changing permissions on directories, but AFAIK not
on single files.

At a command prompt, type help attrib . i think that is the windows equiv. that you would like.

Yeah - I understand. The question really is "how can I modify the
permissions on a file in Windows, similar to the way I can with *nix"?
