as @Nancy OShea recommends, it's best to use other formatting tools. However, if the site works as it is, satisfies you and above all meets the expectations of your users, what exactly would be your display problems, could you tell us more?

I highly recommend using a modern code editor that meets current web standards. 

Dreamweaver 8 from 2005 is way beyond it's sell-by date.  18+ year old software can't help you. The web has changed too much.

How the site looks in Dreamweaver 8 is of no importance.  DW 8 is obsolete software.

All that matters now is how your site looks & performs in modern web devices (mobile, tablet, hybrid, desktop, etc...).
