1. You cannot reinstall Dreamweaver 8. The aged out activation servers were decommissioned many years ago. At most, you'll get 30 days of trial use, after which Dreamweaver will stop working permanently.
2. Lack of knowledge is a dangerous thing. You lack proper tools & necessary coding skills. This is a recipe for failure.
Please stop using Dreamweaver 8 and switch to an online site builder.
