Outdated Tutorial [Moved from unrelated topic]

The Help Menu in Dreamweaver 21 contains links to latest tutorials and product User Guide.  If you tell us what you're seeking, we can probably tell you what you need to know or point you to relevant Help Articles.

While it's true that Dreamweaver hasn't changed much in recent years, I have it on good authority that the team is actively developing Dreamweaver again.  There are no plans to discontinue it.  In fact, a new version was recently released to address some bugs in the previous version.  The current stable release is version 21.6 in your Creative Cloud Desktop App.
