Panels Blank (Dreamweaver CC18 Build 10136)

Since updating to this version of DW, my panels have been "blank" or empty. Rather, most of them particularly Properties, Snippets and Files, which are those that I use the most.

If I maximize my screen and stretch the files panel all the way I can see the files.

Any suggestions on how to fix?

    Can you try the solutions in this doc and let us know if they helped? I would suggest restoring preferences, trying from a new user account, and then doing a clean install if the first two do not work.
