PhoneGap is End of Life

That documentation is from 2014, which is almost 10 years old. I agree it should be removed from Adobe's site, but the alternative is a 404. But as Adobe no longer owns Phonegap (now Apache Cordova https://cordova.apache.org/ ), it's not feasible to consider that Adobe will update the documentation for every subsequent purchase of the application. But to that point, how are you still accessing that link? Adobe CC only allows installations 2 versions back which is well after 2014, which means that you are likely using CS6. In that case you are probably better coding with a text editor yourself as opposed to using the code from DW CS6.
