Placing multiple images in a single HTML page

Question

Several years ago, while editing an HTML page, I could select multiple images and drag them into the HTML page, and all would come over. Recently (about three years ago), I can select several images but only the first one comes over and gets put into the HTML page.

I now have to select the images in Finder, drag them into Dreamweaver, and then have t edit out the pathname.

Anyway, is there a way to drag multiple jpgs from the "local files" listing on the right panel into the HTML file being edited?

I've been using DW for a very long time, I don't remember DW allowing for multiple image insertions. Maybe you used a 3rd party extension or widget for that.

In any case, dynamically adding a folder of images into a web page can be done very simply with PHP code if your hosting plan supports PHP.
