What Max says is correct. Even by our very liberal standards, I don't think we should be discussing this topic. I will wait for the other experts to chime in before I lock this discussion.

This question was asked 7 months ago and nobody responded until now.  A corrupt or missing DLL file can usually be fixed by reinstalling the software that's throwing an error.
