Prevent Dreamweaver from storing settings in cloud

I it possible to stop Dreamweaver storing my settings in the cloud?

Mine has never sync'd anything with the Cloud, this is how I have it set...

1. Under Edit > Sync Settings > Manage Sync Settings
2. Uncheck the box for Enable Automatic Sync
3. Uncheck Import Sync Settings
4. Uncheck all 5 boxes under Settings to Sync
5. Apply and Close

BTW, I found the "Manage Sync Settings" menu in the "Dreamveaver" menu, not the "Edit" menu.
