Problem activating trial

I have installed Dreamweaver but when I want to activate the trial I get the message that there was something wrong.

I don't mean to be pessimistic but I don't think it's possible to re-install a Creative Cloud trial when it quits early or refuses to work, as sometimes happens. See link below.
