Problem With Creating User restriction form

Have you read through the helps files or bought any books on building
dynamic websites?

YOur quesiton is pretty general and sounds like you just need a fundamental
understanding of how building dynamic sites work, am I wrong?

What language are you using? What kind of application are you building?
