Problem with David Powers tutorial -- updating a record.

This is a great tutorial, which I highly recommend, but I got to the section in Part 2, the part where you do the Update page. Link to tutorial http://www.adobe.com/devnet/dreamweaver/articles/first_dynamic_site_pt2.html  Functionally , it looks right.  But the data is not updated to the database.  I followed the instructions as carefully as I can. Is there some common mistake that a lot of people have here that I've fallen into as well?

OK, I just threw the whole thing out and started over, as suggested by the moderator.  It worked.  I don't know what was wrong.   Probably a typo or something arcane. So there you have it!
