Problem with loading web page

My webpage is loading in sections. I'm redoing my website and have designed a new template. The top of the template loads and then about 5-10 seconds later the rest of the page loads. When I go to the next page, the same thing happens. Is there any way to save the template stuff so the second page loads faster?

Here is my new home page: www.evergreen-implement.com/defaults.asp
Once you get there select "Sitemap" on the right hand column of the page.

I am adding the code for the Sitemap to this posting.

www.evergreen-implement.com/default.asp or simply
www.evergreen-implement.com

I suspect it has something to do with JavaScript. When JS is off, the
pages load very fast. With JS on, they do load slowly.

Also seeing a bunch of JS warnings in the error console. The page
doesn't validate either. I wonder if closing the keywords meta element
would improve things?
