Problems Launching Dreamweaver CC 2017 with OS Windows 8

How do I get my Dreamweaver CC App to open? I've tried a host of different things and have gotten it to open after fussing with it a lot but none of the solutions stick.  Every time I shut the program down, it doesn't let me open it again without running into problems over and over.

Without further information, I am making an assumption that there is a conflict with software called Web Companion. Uninstalling the software resolves this issue.
