Purchase Dreamweaver CS6

I have used Dreamweaver MX2004 for many years.   I run a small village website and cannot afford the cost of renting Dreamweaver C.C. so I decided a few days ago to downloaded the 30 day trial version of CS6 from the Adobe website.   However, I cannot see anywhere how much a licence costs or how to obtain one.  Could anyone please advise me?

I tried using the chat help but they didn't seem to understand what I was asking.

Adobe stopped selling CS6 last year. The only way of getting Dreamweaver now is via a Cloud membership

That is what I suspected, but they shouldn't still allow the trial of an old version to be downloaded from their site if if there is no way of licensing it after 30 days, unless of course they are prepared to supply the licence key free in the same way that Macromedia did, for some of its discontinued products.

From what I understand, the idea behind having the trial version available is for users that have purchased Dreamweaver CS6 previously, and lost a copy of their installation files.

I do request you to go through the terms of the subscription and see how much it will cost you versus purchasing an old version that is no longer being developed or sold. Also, you may want to try out Brackets Brackets - A modern, open source code editor that understands web design. as an alternative.

    Thanks,
