QR code in Real Time Preview is too small on iMac display for camera to identify.

Hi all,

When clicking on the real time preview and trying to use the QR Code, it displays far too small for my phones camera to scan. How can I get around this and have it display larger? I don't really want to sacrifice the current resolution etc. as I am presuming it is optimum for the display on my iMac 27-inch (2560 x 1440).

Really frustrating as I do like this feature.

Any help is much appreciated.

I've never used Device Preview because I set up a testing server on my local machine a long time ago. I put all of my sites in the local testing server so any device attached to my network can reach them by going to "my local IP address/SiteName".

That way, I can shoot out a company wide email to have people test on their random devices and let me know any issues they see.

Setting up a local testing server like XAMPP or MAMP is a breeze and gives you other benefits too.

Actually I find the device preview is much easier to do as you don't need to set up anything besides the real server.

Indeed it should be at least 200% bigger if you want to be able to scan it without using a flash. Because that's the only way I can get it to scan.
