QR Previews

I have tried using scanning the qr in Dreamweaver 2017 cc and when the scan is completed I get taken to a troubleshooting page. I have run through the troubleshooting tips and all is ok. So then we come to Creating a NodePort.json file.

1 where do I get the portnumber?

2. where does this file come into play? In Dreamweaver or ?
