Hello :

 

Is there a template that I can use site that collect quotes from end user ? something like marketing platform where questions such as budget type of service ..similar to this : https://carinsurance.net/auto#auto/Driver_Count

 

any help will be appreciated.

    There's nothing in Dreamweaver that can do this.  If you're a reasonably good programmer, you could build it yourself or hire someone to build it for you.

      I am not sure what you mean when you say 'template'. If I were to develop an app similar to what you have shown, I would be using API's as described here : https://medium.com/high-mobility/i-want-to-build-a-car-insurance-app-which-apis-should-i-use-6c0998267c33.

       

      You could also Google the subject.
