Hi! Please clarify... so in Dreamweaver there is a section called FTP Adress (ftp.domain.com), and Web URL (http://ftp.domain.com/). Do I remove "ftp" from both or one? I've removed both individually and both and still get the same error. Thanks!

For the FTP Address field, DW wants either your site's FTP address or the IP address (the place your hosting company says you need to upload to), it depends on the server setup but either could do the trick.

For the Web URL field, DW wants your actual site's URL (the place I would go to see your content) not an FTP address.

What error are you getting when you try to connect?  Are you sure the port number is right?  From your screenshot you are showing a default port 21, which is not a secure transaction and some hosts may require other means to access FTP.

I realize some hosts prefix their server's with FTP but I've NEVER needed it.  I always use either the server's IP number or the domain name that is connected to the server.  See screenshot.

If unsure, contact your hosting provider for clarification about what to use.
