on step 3, i dont see the AAMUpdater file and OOBE says it cant be deleted. I'm also not sure what it means by make sure creative cloud isn't under programs and features list in step 4

Which operating system?

 

Make sure your computer meets the minimum CPU & GPU requirements. Most Creative Cloud apps work on:

  • Windows 11 (64-bit), Windows 10 versions 22H2, 21H2, 21H1;
  • MacOS 13 (Ventura), 12 (Monterey), macOS 11 (Big Sur).
