Re: Template Child pages not updating [Branched]

Question

I am having the same issue. I made a template. But I originally made a Bootstrap page then added editable and repeating areas. Saved it as a template then made the child pages.  Any help would be awesome. I am very new at this.

All I can say is it works for me. Assuming you're working in a defined local site folder and your Template is saved to your site's Templates folder. Close all files. Go to File > New > Site Templates... see screenshot.

6. Immediately save as childPage.html in your local site folder.

7. Close child page.

8. Open mainTemplate.dwt file.

9. Change something outside an Editable Region.

10. Save (Ctrl/Cmd + S) and populate changes to child page.

11. Close Template.

12. Go to File > Open Recent > childpage.html
