Remove empty lines after brackets

Does anyone knows how to remove empty lines after a bracket using Apply Source Formatting. There are so many options in the Settings, it must be amongst them, but I can't find it.

If you're asking how to format CSS code, the answer is it's automatic.  There are no options for it in the Tag Library.
