Repeatable JavaScript error when trying to save preferences

Two days ago, I opened DW18CC and my window was back to the white default view. I went into prefs to change it and every time I clicked "apply", It would get 3 pop ups saying "While executing onLoad in writePreference.htm, a JavaScript error occurred." I cannot change any of my preferences without the errors.

I checked the log at C:\Users\[XXXX]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CC 2018\en_US\Configuration\Logs and saw (yes, the log has spelling errors):

JS Error:

Folder is not defined

filename: ignore

lineno: 127

JS Error:

Could not exceute script

JS Error:

logFile.open is not a function

filename: ignore

lineno: 227

JS Error:

Could not exceute script

While executing onLoad in writePreference.htm, a JavaScript error occurred.

While executing onLoad in writePreference.htm, a JavaScript error occurred.

While executing onLoad in writePreference.htm, a JavaScript error occurred.

While executing onLoad in writePreference.htm, a JavaScript error occurred.

While executing onLoad in writePreference.htm, a JavaScript error occurred.

I have tried deleting my caches, cloud sync folder, my workspaces, and followed the "troubleshooting JavaScript errors" page on Adobe's site. Nothing seems to help.

Is your language preference for the Creative Cloud English: North American, or English: International?
