Hi can anyone tell me how to replace a background banner (the mountain pic)- just starting off. I have inspect it and see the image is saved as a url. How would I save a URL on a server? Is there any other way of just changing it by copy and paste etc. Sorry I am a photographer not web designer. Thanks Adrian

template is

Transit - TEMPLATED

If I want a great family portrait, I hire a photographer. I hope you see what I am getting at.

Wappler is the DMXzone-made Dreamweaver replacement and includes the best of their powerful extensions, as well as much more!

    Hi @adew86145119,

That template is already 6 years out of date.  Don't use it.

How much coding experience do you have with HTML, CSS and JavaScript?  If the answer is little to none, then you're not ready to build your own web site in Dreamweaver yet.

For a quick & easy website without coding skills, use Adobe Portfolio (free with your paid Creative Cloud subscription).

You can upload images directly from Lightroom collections to your Portfolio site.  And for Adobe Stock contributors, Portfolio ties in seamlessly with your Stock Collection to help you generate more online sales.  Portfolio includes free web hosting on Adobe's servers making this is an ideal web solution for photographers and other creative artists who are just starting out.

Hope this helps.  Post back if you have any questions.

Found it out myself its under css computed utl link. Think I will get there. I will be developing my site more and more so I think I will take the risk. Thanks though!

If you say so.  Evidently, that's not what you posted because there is no mountain picture anywhere.

For your use case, I don't know whether an HTML template is the best way to go because this will not be a drag and drop experience.  If you want to host your own site for flexibility or for a desire to learn, I would even consider a site with a CMS like Wordpress with a user-interface to accomplish this.  Otherwise,  I would strongly recommend looking into a service like Wix or Squarespace to host your site as they will give you the ease of use your are looking for.
