I have Adobe master Suite 5.5, I recently purchased a new laptop with high resolution, and everything is so small I cannot read it. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Nobody should be using an obsolete code editor, not with free ones available.

CS5 hasn't been updated since 2011.  So by web standards, you're using a decade-old antique that doesn't understand current code much less new equipment.

Change the display settings from your operating system.

Drop back to a smaller resolution.

To add to @rayek.elfin's reply, CS5.5 was never made to cope with high resolution screens. Upgrade to a more modern IDE to take full advantage of the resolution.

Wappler is the DMXzone-made Dreamweaver replacement and includes the best of their powerful extensions, as well as much more!
