Save a file as https: // etc instead of http:

I have a website with several links. Each link I can change from http: // to shttp: //.

But how can I save the file I work with with shttp: // instead of the standard it gets when I just save the page.

In the site configuration, under WEB URL I have changed to https: // but that information does not follow.

I think you're asking how to set up a secure server with an HTTPS:// protocol. This has nothing to do with Dreamweaver or how you save files.

Obtain an SSL certificate from a recognized authority like GeoTrust, Let's Encrypt or Comodo CA.
Have the certificate installed on your server.
Tell the server to redirect all inbound traffic from HTTP to HTTPS protocol. On Linux servers this is usually done with your server's .htaccess file or via your c-Panel.

Contact your web hosting provider. I'm sure they can help you get this set up on your server.
