Save and load search queries

Please send conversation string to [email address removed by forum moderator.] Thank you.

We have tried on three occasions to follow the instructions for the "Save and Load Search Queries" found on https://helpx.adobe.com/dreamweaver/using/find-replace-text.html.

We used the advanced Search and Replace and closed Dreamweaver.

We open Regedit and created a new string value  in the Advanced Find and Replace folder, which we renamed ShowHiddenOptions=TRUE.

We closed the Registry editor.

We open Dreamweaver once more.

When we open the Find and Replace dialog box, the two icons to load/save queries are not visible.

Like Jon and Nancy mentioned, can you confirm if you are on the latest version of Dreamweaver?

Sorry for the delayed response as I was on vacation. If you still need help, I suggest getting in touch with Adobe Customer Care contact-bumper for further investigation.

Thanks,

Preran

This is a public user-to-user forum, not Adobe Tech Support.

I removed your email address to save you from the wrath of spambots.

The Save & Load Search Queries option was not made available until the most recent update version 2017.1

If you have the older version of 2017, you must update to the newest version.

Those instructions also did not work for me under Windows 7 in DW CC2017.1.
