Best practice is to save files to your local hard drive often during development.

When you're finished editing, copy your local site folder (or select files) to your synced Creative Cloud Files folder. On Windows it's located on C:/Users [your name]/Creative Cloud Files.

When synching is enabled in Creative Cloud Desktop App, all data from your Creative Cloud Files folder is automatically backed-up to your cloud storage space.

Creative Cloud Assets https://assets.adobe.com
- Synced files
- Cloud documents
- Deleted files

Lightroom https://lightroom.adobe.com
- Photos
- Albums
- Edited files
- Imported files
- Deleted files

Document Cloud https://documentcloud.adobe.com
- All documents
- Starred files
- Shared files

Hope that helps.  Post back if you still have questions.

I'm not sure to clearly understand your question.
What do you want to save on the CC and for what purpose ?

Be careful not to confuse this action, with publishing files on a web server.

Could you please specify your expectation and question, otherwise try to see with
